Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Supply Packer to join our essential services team in Millcreek, UT. This stable, full-time position is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate packing of medical supplies for distribution to healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label medical supplies according to order specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills for order processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role, especially in a medical or regulated environment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
