Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Python Developer to join our remote team, focusing on Apple data initiatives. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining Python scripts and applications to extract, process, and analyze data primarily from Apple’s ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring developer with a foundational understanding of Python and a passion for data to contribute to significant projects. You will work closely with senior developers and data analysts to ensure data quality, develop robust solutions, and support various data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, including Apple APIs.
- Assist in designing and implementing data pipelines to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Debug and troubleshoot Python applications and data processing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest Python libraries, data technologies, and Apple ecosystem changes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas.
