Job Description
Join the Live Nation team as a Festival Steward for an exciting summer season in Sugar Land, Texas! As a Festival Steward, you will be the welcoming face of our events, assisting attendees, ensuring a smooth flow of activities, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist festival attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Provide clear directions and information about festival grounds, schedules, and facilities.
- Monitor designated areas to ensure attendee safety and adherence to festival policies.
- Report any incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities to appropriate security personnel.
- Help manage crowd flow and direct attendees efficiently during peak times.
- Assist with basic setup and teardown tasks for various festival zones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned areas.
- Collaborate effectively with other stewards, staff, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during festival dates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support roles.
- Familiarity with event safety procedures.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
