Job Description
FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a dedicated and organized Energy Logistics Admin with a strong remote support focus. This 100% remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our energy logistics processes, providing administrative and logistical support to our field teams and operational managers from a remote setting. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, tracking shipments, coordinating resources, and maintaining critical documentation, all while leveraging technology to bridge geographical distances. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for energy operations and field teams remotely.
- Coordinate the scheduling, tracking, and delivery of equipment, materials, and personnel for various energy projects.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to logistics, inventory, and operational schedules.
- Act as a primary point of contact for remote teams, resolving logistical queries and issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to logistics performance and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, operations, finance) to optimize logistics workflows.
- Monitor and update project timelines, ensuring all logistical requirements are met to avoid delays.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on logistics procedures and software.
- Utilize various software platforms and communication tools to facilitate remote collaboration and task management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
