Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Quality Auditor with a strong focus on retail and service operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site audits of our retail stores and service centers, ensuring compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and customer service protocols. This position requires regular travel within a designated region, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to identify areas for improvement to uphold our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and impartial on-site quality audits of retail stores and service locations.
- Evaluate compliance with operational standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess customer service interactions and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Document audit findings accurately and comprehensively, including photographic evidence when necessary.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store management to implement improvements and monitor progress.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and company policy changes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field, preferably in retail or service.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in using audit software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience with large retail chains or multi-location service operations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Certification in quality auditing (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
