Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a focus on online recruitment support to join our remote team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential candidates and supporting our HR recruitment specialists. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing online application processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to a dynamic global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain candidate tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
- Screen incoming online applications for completeness and basic qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related communications and offer letters.
- Assist with background checks and pre-employment screening processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment team as needed.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to candidate inquiries via email and online portals in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills
