Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Executive Car Service Aide. This entry-level position offers a unique blend of administrative support and chauffeuring responsibilities for our valued executive clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premium car service, from managing schedules and client communications to providing safe and timely transportation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, a clean driving record, and a desire to grow within the luxury transportation industry. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to executive clients using company vehicles.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating client pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including logging mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatch to confirm details and address any immediate needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Assist with luggage and other client needs courteously.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Basic computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the Albuquerque metropolitan area.
