Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teleperformance Information Specialist with a strong focus on Digital Data to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of digital data streams that underpin our client operations and internal processes. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to data quality, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic, fast-paced virtual environment. You will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making and optimizing information flow across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital data across various platforms and systems.
- Perform regular data quality checks and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze reports on digital data trends, identifying insights and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support information-sharing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide support for data-related queries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in digital data management and privacy regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, information analysis, or a similar digital data-focused role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL).
- Strong understanding of digital data principles, including data privacy and security.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with various digital platforms and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
