Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Unskilled Workers across various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials.

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently.
- Support skilled trades and team members with various tasks.
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, if required.
- Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a general labor, warehouse, or production environment (not required, but an asset).
