Job Description
Are you a coffee enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Starbucks is looking for dedicated Mystery Shoppers to help us maintain our high standards of service and product quality. In this role, you will anonymously visit assigned Starbucks locations during morning shifts in the New Port Richey area, observing and evaluating various aspects of the customer experience. Your valuable feedback will contribute directly to our continuous improvement efforts, ensuring every customer enjoys the perfect Starbucks moment. This is a part-time role with weekly assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Starbucks locations during designated morning hours.
- Anonymously evaluate the overall customer experience, including store cleanliness, barista interaction, order accuracy, and product quality.
- Purchase specific items as instructed and evaluate their preparation and presentation.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and punctually after each visit.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback based on your observations.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each assignment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Strong written communication skills for detailed report submission.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and internet access for online reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper or in quality control.
- Familiarity with coffee shop operations and customer service best practices.
