Job Description
Deloitte is seeking an Executive Client Liaison to join our dynamic Professional Services team in Memphis. This pivotal role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of professional services and a proven track record of client management and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key executive clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements effectively to internal teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing client accounts, collaborating with sales and service delivery teams.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status, health, and potential growth areas to leadership.
- Lead regular client review meetings to discuss performance, strategic initiatives, and upcoming projects.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to better serve clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role within professional services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, credible relationships with executive-level clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of professional services offerings and business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
