Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and have a keen eye for detail? Bare International is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secret Shoppers in Norfolk, VA, to evaluate fast-food establishments. This role offers incredible flexibility, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your schedule, with the added benefit of daily payouts directly via our user-friendly app. You’ll play a crucial role in helping our fast-food clients enhance their customer experience by providing objective, detailed feedback on service, product quality, and environment. No prior experience is necessary – just a commitment to accuracy and a love for great food!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned fast-food restaurants within the Norfolk, VA area.
- Objectively observe and evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including service quality, cleanliness, product presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
- Meticulously complete detailed online reports after each visit, providing accurate and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to specific assignment guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and evaluation findings.
- Utilize our mobile application for assignment acceptance, report submission, and payment processing.
