Job Description

Midas in Naperville, Illinois, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a General Service Technician (Trainee). Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Learn to conduct multi-point inspections and identify basic repair needs.
- Assist senior technicians with various automotive repairs and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bays and tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

- Reliable transportation to and from the Naperville location.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
