Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Google Business Profile Support – Remote Customer Experience specialist. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to assist businesses in maximizing their online presence through Google Business Profile. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for businesses seeking assistance with their Google Business Profile. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience for all users. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and empathize with user needs will be crucial to your success and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support for Google Business Profile users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to profile setup, verification, and management.
- Guide users through best practices for optimizing their Google Business Profile for local search.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Familiarity with Google products and services, particularly Google Business Profile.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and web browsers.
Preferred Qualifications
