Job Description
Are you an active individual who enjoys working outdoors and staying on the move? King Soopers is seeking a diligent and energetic Supermarket Trolley Auditor to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and excellent condition of our shopping trolleys across various store locations. This is an active, outdoor position perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values physical activity as part of their workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of shopping trolleys in and around King Soopers store premises.
- Assess the cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of trolleys.
- Promptly identify and report any damaged, broken, or missing trolleys to management.
- Organize, retrieve, and return trolleys from parking lots and surrounding areas to designated bays.
- Ensure trolley bays are well-stocked, tidy, and accessible for customers.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties outdoors.
- Collaborate with store staff to address trolley-related needs and concerns.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, pushing, and light lifting for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to commute between assigned King Soopers locations in Aurora, CO.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, outdoor, or physically active role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
