Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Google Document Controller to manage critical documentation with the utmost confidentiality. This role is essential for maintaining integrity, accessibility, and security of sensitive information across our projects and operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone in our information management strategy, working closely with various departments to streamline document control processes and uphold the highest standards of data governance. Expertise in Google Workspace tools and a commitment to data privacy are paramount for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of all project and operational documentation, from creation and distribution to archival and retrieval, ensuring high levels of confidentiality.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems, specifically leveraging Google Workspace tools for efficiency and security.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, regulatory requirements, and version control protocols.
  • Coordinate with project teams and department heads to facilitate timely submission and review of documents.
  • Train staff on document control processes and best practices, emphasizing data security and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits of document management systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Prepare reports on document status, access logs, and compliance metrics.
  • Handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and integrity.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Sites, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or information management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with document management software and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
