Job Description
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Billing Support Agent to join our team in Houston. In this stable role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and processing various financial transactions. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex billing systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding billing questions and issues.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, incorrect charges, and payment posting errors.
- Process payments, adjustments, refunds, and service cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Clearly explain billing statements, payment options, and company policies to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex billing-related issues.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures for billing and customer service.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills
