Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pinterest Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Pinterest advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on achieving client ROI and driving substantial commission-based earnings for yourself. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage end-to-end Pinterest ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad creative development, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising trends, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize spend efficiency.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Pinterest advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with Pinterest Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Certification in Pinterest advertising.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong creative eye for visual content.
