Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the sorting, scanning, and loading/unloading of packages within the facility.
- Verify package information against manifests and shipping labels to ensure accuracy.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Support inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (with assistance if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience operating a forklift or other power industrial trucks (certification not required for entry, but a plus).
