Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate service area or specialist.
  • Provide basic information and answer general inquiries regarding bank products and services.
  • Assist clients with routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing (under supervision, if applicable).
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the branch lobby.
  • Support branch staff with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing supplies.
  • Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
  • Handle client information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Required Skills
