Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate service area or specialist.
- Provide basic information and answer general inquiries regarding bank products and services.
- Assist clients with routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing (under supervision, if applicable).
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the branch lobby.
- Support branch staff with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing supplies.
- Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
- Handle client information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
