Job Description
As a FedEx Custom Critical Aide with a High-Level Support focus, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of our most time-sensitive and critical shipments. This on-site position requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our operations teams and customers. You will be instrumental in managing complex documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all aspects of custom critical shipments meet stringent deadlines and compliance standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a vital part of our global logistics network, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Custom Critical team.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of high-priority, time-sensitive shipments.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for all custom critical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, drivers, and external partners to resolve issues and facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues, escalating as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and provide high-level support to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Utilize internal systems and software to update records, generate reports, and manage data.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
