Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Health Coach to join our innovative remote wellness team. This flexible position is 100% remote and offers the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their health goals from anywhere. As a Nurse Health Coach, you will leverage your clinical expertise to guide participants through personalized wellness plans, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices. You will utilize digital tools and virtual platforms to provide comprehensive coaching, education, and support, contributing to a healthier global community. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire lasting behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual health assessments and develop individualized wellness plans for participants.
- Provide one-on-one and group health coaching sessions via phone, video, or online chat.
- Educate participants on various health topics including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and chronic condition management.
- Monitor participant progress, provide encouragement, and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant records in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic participant support.
- Stay current with best practices in health coaching and evidence-based wellness strategies.
- Utilize digital health platforms and technologies effectively for participant engagement and tracking.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Germany (or equivalent EU recognized license).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Proven experience in health coaching, patient education, or wellness program delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and digital health platforms.
- Strong empathetic listening and motivational interviewing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
- Understanding of various chronic conditions and preventive health strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field.
- Certification in Health Coaching (e.g., NB-HWC, AD-HWC).
- Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with corporate wellness programs.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
