Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote support team. This urgent opening is for a Google Remote Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with Google products and services. You will provide exceptional technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through solutions, ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and customer service to Google users via chat, email, and phone.
