Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Branding Assistant to join our dynamic Global Communications team. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Amgen’s global visual presence across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Image search results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of branding principles, and an eagerness to learn about digital asset management and online reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate branding and digital strategy within a leading biotechnology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the curation and optimization of Amgen's visual assets for global digital platforms, including Google Image Search.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of Amgen's image presence and online reputation across various search engines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Digital) to ensure brand consistency in visual content.
- Help develop and implement strategies for improving image search rankings and visual content visibility.
- Assist in managing digital asset libraries, ensuring all images are properly tagged, categorized, and up-to-date.
- Conduct research on competitor's visual branding strategies and identify industry best practices.
- Prepare reports on image performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Provide administrative support to the branding and communications team as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or online branding concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in branding, digital media, or corporate communications.
Preferred Qualifications
