Job Description
As a Digital File Transfer Clerk, you will be responsible for securely and efficiently managing the transfer of digital files and data within our systems. This role involves routine administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity, compliance with internal policies, and maintaining accurate records of all transfers. This is a crucial position for supporting our operational efficiency and data security needs, ideal for someone meticulous and reliable. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the specified region.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine digital file transfers between departments and external stakeholders using established protocols and secure platforms.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of transferred files and data.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all file transfer activities.
- Monitor file transfer queues and troubleshoot basic issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies, privacy regulations, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline file transfer processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, supporting overall team operations.
