Join the Starbucks team as a Morning Shift Crew member in Irvine! This is an excellent opportunity for early risers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having their afternoons free. As part of our morning crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers start their day with exceptional service and perfectly crafted beverages. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering questions with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including espresso machines, grinders, and customer areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth morning operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 6:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications
