Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quick Service Host to join our vibrant team in Carytown. As a Quick Service Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This casual role includes loading for flexible hours, perfect for those seeking to balance work with other commitments. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, and assisting with various front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Assist guests with navigating the menu, making recommendations, and taking orders accurately.
- Manage the flow of the dining room, ensuring tables are clean, sanitized, and ready for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, and restrooms.
- Assist with restocking supplies, including napkins, condiments, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Uphold Panera Bread's standards for food safety, hygiene, and guest service.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
