Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior braiders with preparing clients and their hair for various braiding styles.
- Shampoo, condition, and detangle hair efficiently and gently.
- Section and part hair precisely under guidance for braiding techniques.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and salon environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Help manage appointment schedules and salon inventory as needed.
- Actively learn and master new braiding techniques, styles, and hair care best practices.
- Support the overall salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of hair care, hair types, and styling fundamentals.
- Strong manual dexterity and a meticulous attention to detail.
