Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as AI Prompt Evaluators, with a specific focus on training and refining Google’s Bard/Gemini models. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the intelligence and quality of our AI systems by meticulously evaluating AI-generated responses to various prompts. Your critical insights will directly contribute to the improvement of language understanding, factual accuracy, and overall user experience for our generative AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate AI-generated text responses based on strict guidelines for relevance, accuracy, fluency, and helpfulness.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on AI model outputs, identifying areas for improvement in reasoning, factual correctness, and language style.
- Identify and report instances of biased, harmful, or inappropriate content generated by AI models.
- Adhere to project-specific instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality data annotation.
- Collaborate with a remote team, participate in calibration sessions, and adapt to evolving guidelines for AI evaluation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Google's AI models by consistently providing high-fidelity evaluations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to discern nuances in text and evaluate complex information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using web-based tools and applications.
- Comfortable with diverse content and subject matter, including potentially sensitive topics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content moderation, data annotation, linguistic analysis, or similar evaluation roles.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt engineering concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
