Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wholesale Pharmacy Order Clerk in our Ogden warehouse. This is an entry-level, full-time position, and we welcome candidates with no prior experience. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing pharmaceutical orders for shipment to pharmacies and healthcare providers. This role is crucial to our supply chain, ensuring that essential medications reach those who need them. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve pharmaceutical products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are selected for each order.
- Carefully package orders to prevent damage during transit, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after appropriate training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided).
- Experience operating a pallet jack or other warehouse equipment.
