Job Description
Are you ready to join a lively team and earn daily tips? The Pearl is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our front-of-house staff as a Busser. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests depart.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and table settings.
- Replenish supplies such as silverware, plates, and glasses at server stations.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean service areas throughout shifts.
- Support dishwashing staff by scraping plates and organizing dishware.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
