Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, technically adept, and ready to start a dynamic role immediately? Concentrix is seeking an AI Output Validator to join our Technical Support team in Sunderland. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and validating outputs generated by our advanced AI systems, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to quality standards. You will also provide essential technical support, troubleshooting issues related to AI outputs and user interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Validate and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality against defined criteria.
- Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in AI performance.
- Provide first-line technical support for users encountering issues with AI system outputs, offering clear and concise solutions.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide feedback and insights for system improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of validation tasks, support interactions, and system performance.
- Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent validation standards.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various software applications and data entry platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and machine learning principles (or a strong willingness to learn rapidly).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a technical support or data validation role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI validation tools or similar data quality assurance.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A degree or certification in a technology-related field.
