Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptualization and development of creative content for various platforms (e.g., social media, web, broadcast promotions).
  • Support senior creatives in brainstorming sessions and project planning.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual assets, including graphics, short-form video, and digital imagery, utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Conduct research on current trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and editorial, to ensure creative alignment.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and project documentation.
  • Actively seek feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational understanding of creative principles (e.g., composition, color theory, typography).
  • Proficiency in at least one industry-standard creative suite (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects (academic or personal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Media, Graphic Design, Film Production, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • Prior experience with content management systems or digital publishing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content best practices.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and accessibility principles.
  • Proficiency in Welsh language (advantageous but not required).
