Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for your first job experience? Publix Super Markets in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking dedicated Teen Service Associates for after-school shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and become part of a friendly, supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience by providing exceptional service and supporting store operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with bagging groceries.
- Help customers locate products within the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, shopping carts, and other store areas.
- Assist with light stocking and merchandising tasks as needed.
- Support other store associates and departments to ensure smooth operations.
