Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Window Shutter Assistant to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for reliable, ongoing work in a supportive environment. As a Window Shutter Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of our premium window covering products. You will assist lead installers, prepare materials, ensure job site cleanliness, and interact professionally with clients. This role requires attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Previous experience is not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the precise and efficient installation of various window shutter products.
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for each job site.
- Transport materials safely to and from client locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the workshop and on client premises.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Learn and apply best practices for shutter installation and customer interaction.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations, answering basic client questions as needed.
