Job Description
Are you a keen observer who enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of bars and nightlife? MarketForce Information is seeking discreet and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar & Nightlife Secret Shoppers in Pasco, WA. This unique part-time role involves visiting designated bars and nightclubs during weekend evenings and late-night hours, evaluating the customer experience from an unbiased perspective. You will assess service quality, staff interaction, cleanliness, atmosphere, and adherence to specific brand standards. Your insightful observations will provide critical data that helps our clients improve their operations and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for flexible, paid work that fits a night owl schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned bars and nightclubs discreetly, blending in as a regular customer.
- Order food and beverages as specified in the assignment guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the establishment, including staff attentiveness, friendliness, product knowledge, speed of service, cleanliness, ambiance, and security measures.
- Interact with staff naturally to assess service quality without revealing your identity.
- Accurately complete and submit detailed online reports within 24 hours of each visit, providing objective feedback and specific examples.
- Adhere strictly to all assignment guidelines, deadlines, and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignments and client information.
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments during designated weekend and night shifts.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong memory recall for specific events and interactions
- Ability to remain discreet and act naturally in a public setting
- Reliable access to transportation for visiting various locations
- Basic computer proficiency for online report submission
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and follow detailed instructions
- Must be 21 years of age or older (due to nature of establishments)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mystery shopping or quality assurance roles
- Familiarity with the local bar and nightlife scene in Pasco, WA
- Exceptional written communication skills for clear and concise reporting
