Job Description
Black Bottle is seeking enthusiastic and professional 15-year-old teens to join our front-of-house team as a Hostess. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting a positive tone for their dining experience. We are looking for bright, articulate, and friendly individuals who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently using our reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with seating.
- Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and waiting area.
- Answer phone calls, provide accurate information, and take reservations.
- Assist in managing the flow of the dining room, ensuring smooth transitions between tables.
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Learn and adhere to all restaurant policies and safety procedures.
