Job Description
Are you a meticulous observer with excellent communication skills? J.D. Power is seeking Virtual Secret Shoppers to evaluate phone and chat support interactions for various clients. This remote, part-time role involves discreetly assessing customer service quality, adherence to scripts, professionalism, and overall customer experience. Your objective feedback will be crucial in helping our clients enhance their service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned phone calls and chat interactions with client customer support representatives as a typical customer.
- Evaluate interactions based on a predefined set of criteria, including script adherence, product knowledge, problem-solving, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately record detailed observations and complete comprehensive evaluation forms within specified deadlines.
- Provide objective, unbiased, and constructive feedback on each interaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and evaluation findings.
- Adhere to all project guidelines, protocols, and ethical standards for secret shopping.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports and necessary documentation.
