Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and reliable individual looking for a straightforward role with immediate start potential? We are seeking a Kiosk Assistant to manage our dedicated high street kiosk in Penzance. This is a simple, solo role perfect for someone who thrives on independence and enjoys providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers with basic enquiries, product information, and ensuring the kiosk is well-maintained and presented. No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the kiosk independently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with basic product information and service enquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting kiosk environment.
  • Process simple transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels for promotional materials and ensure availability.
  • Refer complex customer issues to the appropriate support channels.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
