Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Lead to spearhead our office operations in Milwaukee. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and provide exceptional support to our teams. You will be instrumental in maintaining a productive and welcoming workspace, coordinating resources, and implementing best practices for office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting materials, and record minutes as needed.
  • Oversee office budget for supplies, amenities, and operational expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Onboard new employees, providing necessary office orientation and resources.
  • Manage facility maintenance requests and ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist with special projects and events, providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Develop and refine office procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office administration.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with office budgeting and expense tracking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with facilities management or vendor management.
