Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Assistant specializing in Skincare Order Processing to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer orders, from placement to delivery, maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our e-commerce and logistics teams, focusing on accuracy, speed, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Monitor order statuses and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely shipping.
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product availability via email and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of all order-related activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock level monitoring for e-commerce products.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in the order processing workflow.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex order issues and escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for e-commerce operations and customer experience.
