Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Online Order Sorter to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, categorizing, and sorting digital order data to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify incoming digital order information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Categorize and sort digital orders based on predefined criteria, such as product type, delivery method, and customer location.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information in order details for further review.
  • Utilize internal software systems to efficiently process and track sorted orders.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and productivity in a remote work setting.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
