Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, such as customer service or fraud prevention, to resolve claim discrepancies or gather additional information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all actions comply with data security, privacy regulations (e.g., GLBA), and internal Bank of America policies.
  • Identify and escalate complex or suspicious claims to senior team members or specialized units for further investigation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, embracing continuous learning and feedback.

Required Skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
