Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a licensed Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics, an artistic eye, and exceptional patient care skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at performing a variety of cosmetic injections, conducting thorough patient consultations, and developing personalized treatment plans that align with our clients’ aesthetic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess needs, educate on treatment options, and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all protocols and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment progress, adverse reactions, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Monitor and manage patient outcomes, including post-procedure follow-ups.
- Maintain a sterile and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Actively participate in promoting our services and products to enhance client engagement and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and product recommendations.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetic setting.
- Proficiency with various injection techniques and understanding of facial anatomy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables or related procedures.
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments (e.g., lasers, microneedling).
- Aesthetic background or prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work with injectables.
