Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Window Blind Assembly Worker to join our light manufacturing team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various types of window blinds and shades, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and precision. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble window blinds and shades accurately according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders.
  • Operate various light machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to design and functional standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and production protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to the appropriate personnel.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic understanding of measurements and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications
