Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Well Operations Aide to join our dynamic team in Boulder, Colorado. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the foundational aspects of well operations within the oil and gas industry, with a clear career path towards team leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various operational tasks, data management, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior operations personnel in monitoring well performance and identifying potential issues.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures for well maintenance, intervention, and optimization.
- Support the preparation and execution of well workovers and interventions.
- Accurately record and manage operational data, including production logs and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Undergo structured training and mentorship programs aimed at developing leadership potential.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within well operations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
