Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Well Operations Aide to join our dynamic team in Boulder, Colorado. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the foundational aspects of well operations within the oil and gas industry, with a clear career path towards team leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various operational tasks, data management, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior operations personnel in monitoring well performance and identifying potential issues.
  • Learn and apply standard operating procedures for well maintenance, intervention, and optimization.
  • Support the preparation and execution of well workovers and interventions.
  • Accurately record and manage operational data, including production logs and equipment status.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Undergo structured training and mentorship programs aimed at developing leadership potential.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within well operations.
