Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all required training modules and workshops.
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and service standards.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
