Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy WFH Google Secretary to join our remote administrative support team. This unique role focuses entirely on digital communication and task management, with no phone call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Workspace applications, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently from a home office environment. This is a crucial role for ensuring smooth digital operations and support within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital documents and files using Google Drive.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments via Google Calendar.
  • Prepare and distribute digital communications, reports, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Maintain and update databases and information systems.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking through digital tools.
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize incoming digital communications.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote teams using Google Meet and other collaboration tools.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Meet).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic troubleshooting of common remote work technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote administrative role.

  • Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher.
