Job Description

Are you passionate about movies and providing exceptional customer service? AMC Theatres in Aurora, CO is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Part-time Weekend Usher. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours, a fun work environment, and fantastic cinema and theatre perks. As an Usher, you will be the face of AMC, ensuring our guests have a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. You’ll assist with seating, maintain theatre cleanliness, and help uphold our commitment to an outstanding entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon entry and exit from auditoriums.
  • Direct guests to their seats and assist with any seating questions or needs.
  • Monitor theatre auditoriums before, during, and after screenings to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Clean auditoriums between showtimes, including sweeping floors, wiping seats, and removing trash.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries, lost and found, and minor issues.
  • Ensure compliance with movie ratings and company policies.
  • Support other theatre staff as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
