Job Description

College Nannies, Sitters + Tutors in Wesley Chapel is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Weekend Student Nannies. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children of various ages in families’ homes across the Wesley Chapel neighborhood. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, enjoy creative play, and can ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including creative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities.
- Supervise children's safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
- Prepare simple meals and snacks for children.
- Assist with homework or educational activities as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized play area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities and any important updates.
- Follow family-specific instructions and routines.
Required Skills
- Genuine love for children and desire to foster their development.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different family dynamics and children's personalities.
- Punctuality and strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare (e.g., camp counselor, tutor).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- References from previous childcare positions.
